ACCREDITATION OF NEW CLIENTS / EMPLOYERS
Any prospective employers / clients who wish to recruit manpower from the Philippines are required to submit the following documents, duly authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the host country:
- Special Power of Attorney [See Sample Document]
- Demand Letter [See Sample Document]
- Letter of Authority (to withdraw the visas from Saudi Embassy) [See Sample Document]
- Copy of Commercial/Company Registration Certificate (CR Certificate)
Letter of Authority to utilize the Agency issued by Foreign Placement Agency or one Saudi Representative has to come to Manila to submit the documents by himself and authorize the agency to recruit - This is only for Saudi Clients - Copy of Visa Slip
- Company Standard Employment Contract [See Sample Document]
- Duly authenticated by POLO Office of Philippines Embassy
